Marathon day April 2008
This is the last picture I have of Tash. By this point it was obvious that she was pretty sick and I was surprised when she made it up to the end of the road for our annual pilgrimage to cheer on the marathon runners. This year both Michelle and Dave Best were running, this is Michelle on the way out to the Isle of Dogs, the weather then became atrocious, wind, rain and at one point hailstones. But Tash stayed out in all of it clapping and offering support to the poor sods who kept going until Michelle came around again. We all then went back to our place, I cooked up a storm for the six of us, we drank, chatted and had a really nice evening.
