Not all memories are good. The melancholy look on Tash's face is because we had just been talking about the Chemo she would have to start on our return to London, this was when the Herceptin had started to fail and represented the end of our honeymoon cancer period. She had just commented that she would have to cut her hair off and was a bit upset, I told her in return that she shouldn't worry, that we would get through this. If you have ever wondered about how we managed to cope and I sure you might have, Tash had the confidence and I have the strength, I knew that I could never waver in my support for her and accepted this with all the pain that I knew would come. I loved her and cannot imagine how anyone could not do the same for their partner.
